Internal Sales Co-ordinator, Vanderbijlpark

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: 

• Minimum 2 years' experience in sales & the steel industry

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:

• Grade 12 certificate

• Tertiary education in the relevant field will be advantageous

• Good knowledge of ERP / sales software, MS Excel (advanced), MS Word & Outlook.
• Knowledge of production planning advantageous
• Basic Office Admin

PRIMARY FUNCTION OF THE POSITION:

To provide efficient internal sales and administrative support by managing customer enquiries, processing orders, preparing quotations, and ensuring accurate data capture on ERP systems. The role is responsible for coordinating with customers and internal departments to ensure timely order execution, excellent customer service, and effective communication throughout the sales process.

• Customer Service & Liaising with customers
• Excellent Time Management
• Building Relationships within the workplace and with customers
• Order & Data Capturing
• Working on various ERP systems. Excellent computer skills for word processing, spreadsheet creation, etc
• Familiarity with basic bookkeeping tasks
• Skilled in the use of office equipment such as photocopiers, printers, etc
• Handle Telephonic Enquiries and give feedback and updates to customers.

• Order Execution & management X3.
• Liaise with other departments such as production, finance, and transport.
• Order Follow Ups & Reports
• Occasional Switchboard Relief
