Sales Refrac Serv Team Leader, Vanderbijlpark

Overview We are looking for a hands‑on, holistic analytical Warehousing&Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and the coordination of inbound and outbound logistics. This is a fully on‑site position.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse activities: receiving, picking, packing, dispatching, and returns in own operated and 3rd party operated warehouses.

Ensure efficient warehouse layout, storage optimization, and adherence to standard operating procedures.

Maintain accurate inventory, matching physical to system, through cycle counts, stock takes, and variance investigations.

Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with transporters, suppliers, and internal teams.

Monitor delivery schedules, route planning, and turnaround times.

Lead and develop warehouse staff, ensuring performance, training, and compliance.

Enforce safety standards in line with company policies.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports and track KPIs.

Manage documentation including invoices, shipment and delivery records, and system transactions.

Qualifications

3–5 years’ experience in warehousing or logistics.

Fluency in English.

Strong working knowledge of WMS/ERP systems (SAP S4/Hana, Sage, etc.).

Solid understanding of South African logistics and transport regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing teams in a warehouse environment.

Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Analytical mindset with strong planning and reporting skills.

Holistic view on the interface between Supply Chain, Finance and Sales activities.

Data driven with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong leadership and people‑management skills.

Ability to work with remote management.

Regular interaction with transporters, suppliers, and internal departments.

Interface with teams in several locations worldwide.
