About the Role We are seeking a qualified and experienced Carpenter to take a key role within our growing team. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading onsite carpentry works, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting the day-to-day success of our projects. You will report directly to the Company Director and play a vital part in mentoring our apprentice and maintaining site efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Perform a range of carpentry and building tasks across residential projects Manage onsite stock levels and materials as required Oversee quality control and provide guidance to apprentices Complete daily progress reporting to the Director when he is not onsite Maintain safe work practices and uphold company standards Minimal administrative work required Desirable: Experience with Prime Ecosystem (advantageous but not essential) Qualifications and Experience: Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent qualification) Construction White Card Minimum 2+ years’ residential carpentry experience Strong understanding of residential construction and attention to detail Excellent communication and problem-solving skills What We Offer: Immediate start available Full-time position Company vehicle provided following successful completion of probation Occasional weekend and overtime work available Flexible working hours within a supportive and friendly team environment (Please note: Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted for interviews.)
