The group has successfully delivered over 300 apartments and 24 townhouses, with 34 townhouses currently under construction. With a strong long-term pipeline of approximately 700 future townhouse lots, Austk is positioned for continued expansion and sustainable growth. As both developer and builder, we are involved across the full project lifecycle — from acquisition and design through to construction delivery and sales. We are now seeking a motivated Marketing and Administration Coordinator to support our growing team. About the Role We are seeking a proactive and organised Marketing and Administration Coordinator to support our development and construction teams. This role is primarily focused on marketing support for townhouse projects, with additional responsibility for general office and administration support. It is well suited to someone who enjoys property marketing, coordination, and working within a fast-paced developer–builder environment. Key Responsibilities Marketing Support Assist with marketing of townhouse projects (off-the-plan campaigns and project launches) Coordinate marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and digital content Update project listings, websites, and marketing platforms as required Liaise with sales agents and consultants to support marketing activities Assist with preparation of sales and project information packages Administration and Office Support Provide general administrative and office support to the team Maintain and organise project files, documentation, and records Assist with meeting coordination, scheduling, and minutes Support basic internal reporting and document preparation Assist with day-to-day office coordination tasks as required Requirements Previous experience in marketing, administration, real estate, or construction support roles Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) High attention to detail and ability to manage priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with Canva or basic marketing tools is an advantage Interest in property development or construction industry is highly desirable Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Exposure to large-scale townhouse development projects Opportunity to grow within a developer–builder group Involvement in real property marketing and project delivery Supportive and growing team environment Long-term career development opportunities
