Store Manager

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, a passion for retail, and a proven ability to manage store operations effectively in a high-pressure environment. Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the store to ensure efficiency and profitability Drive sales performance through effective team management and customer service excellence Manage and monitor stock levels, shrinkage, and inventory controls Lead, motivate, and train staff to meet performance and operational standardsImplement and enforce company policies and procedures, including disciplinary processes Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational protocols Analyse sales reports and identify opportunities for growth and improvement Minimum Requirements

A minimum of

4 years’ management experience

in a clothing retail environment Strong leadership and team management

skills Computer literate

(MS Office, POS and retail systems) Sales and target driven

with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals Experience in

staff training, development, and discipline Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
