Overview

Hire Resolve’s Client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse/Clinical Technologist to join a reputable healthcare facility. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care while utilising your clinical technology skills to assist with various medical procedures.

Responsibilities:

Perform patient assessments and develop individualised care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Assist with medical procedures and operate clinical equipment Monitor and record patient vital signs and respond to any changes in condition Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated patient care Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and health management Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols

Requirements:

Valid nursing qualification and registration with the appropriate nursing council Experience as a Registered Nurse and/or Clinical Technologist Strong knowledge of clinical procedures and medical equipment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
