Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Insurance Representative role based in Vryburg.

The Insurance Representative will engage with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs, present appropriate product options, and provide clear explanations of cover, benefits, and exclusions.

Daily responsibilities include prospecting and following up on leads, preparing quotations, processing applications, and assisting clients with policy amendments, renewals, and cancellations.

Qualifications

Excellent Customer Service skills.

Relevant industry qualifications, certifications, or registration as required by local regulatory bodies (or willingness to obtain).

Strong verbal and written communication skills

High attention to detail

Comfortable working with digital tools

Previous experience in insurance
