Immediately hiring: HR Administrator. Contract type: Full-time, On-site, Permanent. Reporting Structure: HR Manager. Client industry: Paper and plastics packaging manufacturing business. Grade: CL. Salary: R30 000 pm, negotiable. Benefits: Medical aid, 13th cheque, and performance bonus. Location: Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.
A vacancy exists in our clients Human Resources Department for which applications are invited from candidates who meet the following requirements:
Job requirements
Diploma in Human Resources.
Minimum of 3 years in a general HR Administrative or Clerical position within a heavy manufacturing industry.
Advance MS Office competence (Word; Excel; PowerPoint).
Other software competencies (Mpower, QlikView, Kronos).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
Attention to detail.
Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to
Maintaining clerical and administrative processes and systems relating to employee benefits and payroll.
Assist in the administration of remuneration processes and systems.
Engage in liaison with other stakeholders for data input and output purposes.
Administer the recruitment and termination processes.
Compile reports and summaries as per requirements.
Take a practical role in administrative systems and resources ensuring optimal accurate administration and data to enable decision-making.
Assist in the implementation of HR projects.
