This role requires more than just an LLB and a Fidelity Fund Certificate. We need someone who is driven, self‑managed, and emotionally resilient enough to handle pressure, deadlines, court appearances, and demanding clients.

Non‑negotiable requirements include:

Residing in Queensburgh or nearby

Reliable transport (private vehicle or consistent access to public transport)

Ability to manage multiple matters across litigation, family, criminal, and labour law

Strong drafting, file management, and client communication skills

Emotional strength and maturity– essential for dealing with sensitive, urgent, or hostile matters

Accountability and time management– you will be expected to manage your own files with minimal supervision

A proactive, problem‑solving mindset with a high standard of ethics and professionalism

Experience in litigation, family law, criminal defence, civil disputes, and High Court applications will be highly advantageous. This is not a passive office role— you will be required to appear in court, engage with clients directly, and contribute meaningfully to the firm’s growing portfolio.
