Salary: R10 000.00 per month (Negotiable depending on experience)

Job Purpose
The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing financial data and performing reconciliations up to Trial Balance for a group of companies. This role requires in-office presence in Pretoria, and is not hybrid or remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture bank statements, supplier invoices, and other source documents.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts, supplier accounts, and customer accounts up to Trial Balance.
- Compile working papers and maintain audit/accounting files for Accountant and Management.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the finance and accounting team.
- Organize and file all relevant finance and accounting documentation.
- Assist with preparation of financial reports and related administrative duties.
Skills and Experience Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) certificate.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ bookkeeping/accounting experience.
- Prior experience working with Pastel Partner is essential.
- Advanced computer literacy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent administrative and document management skills.
- Previous experience working with group companies is advantageous.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Must have own reliable transport.
