Finance Administrator– Bellville, Cape Town. A well-established Manufacturing Engineering company is looking for a Finance Administrator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis in the Northern Suburbs, Cape Town.
Compensation package of R15,000– R18,000 per month on offer (Subject to background and experience).
Position Requirements:
Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate with Mathematics
Relevant Diploma or Certificates in Finance
Minimum 2 Years experience in a similar position
Proficient in both English and Afrikaans
Key Performance Areas:
Responsible for daily office admin&filing
Ensure timely and precise archiving of paperwork to maintain organized records
Assist with internal and external audits by preparing required documentation
PO creation&finalization:
Mark POs as complete in the Open PO Dashboard for all admin orders not GRN’d in Syspro, including those that have been cancelled. (Sales, finance, HR, TSIS&Logistics)
Logistics Costs:
GRN courier costs associated with job-related logistics
Create requisitions on Syspro for Finance department
Debtors’ receipts:
Capturing of all transactions (debits and credits) made on electronic banking system and notifying the relevant party(s) on cashflow spreadsheet
Updating CFC payments due spreadsheet
CFC Monitoring: Update UCR numbers for items on CFC dues
Assist office administrator where necessary with the following:
Assist with saving all registered invoices correctly on the H: Drive
Assist with handing in scanned registered invoices with supporting documents to Creditors Controller before or by latest Monday’s at 16:00 – COD Payments
Assist with handing in scanned registered invoices with supporting documents to Creditors Controller before or by the 7th of every month– Creditors
Update exchange rate spreadsheet&Syspro daily
Update bank statements on cashflow spreadsheet daily
Always follow any reasonable instructions / requests from management and / or superior alike
Switchboard relief when Office administrator is not present
