Medical Assistant, Kayalami

Duties:

• Assist and perform procedures, working closely with experienced medical professionals.
• Assess, observe, monitor and provide information about patient health and behaviour.
• Educate patients around important aspects with regards to prescribed medication.
• Facilitate patient compliance with regards to therapy activities and the daily schedule.
• Deliver safe, quality nursing care according to the scope of practice if required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide compassionate patient care.
• Assist with operational tasks.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Registered Enrolled Nursing Auxiliary Certificate
• Registered with SANC
• Working times: Shift work, Public Holidays
