Industrial Sales Representative, Bloemfontein, South Africa

REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate in Sales and Marketing or equivalent (NQF Level 5)A 
• Diploma in Sales and Marketing or equivalent (NQF Level 6) will be advantageous
• 3 years of experience as a sales representative or similar role within manufacturing or retail environments
• Experience within industrial, automotive, or technical product sales environments is advantageous
• Computer literacy (MS Office Suite)
• Experience with SAP, ERP, and CRM systems
• Understanding of sales reporting systems and processes
• Proactive and action-oriented
• Strong problem-solving and analytical ability
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Customer-focused mindset
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Resilient under pressure

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and develop industrial business opportunities
• Grow market share in line with budget targets
• Maintain strong customer relationships
• Manages sales activities across all industrial product ranges and brands
• Sales reporting and feedback: responsible for implementing sales initiatives aligned to the industrial strategy and providing structured reporting and market insights
• Sales operations and optimisation: drive sales growth, improve market penetration, and support operational efficiency
• Customer service and business relationships: build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to support business growth
• Compliance: ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Cost and financial control: support financial discipline through cost control and revenue optimisation
