Talent Acquisition Specialist - Renewable Energy, Cape Town

Your main focus will be on filling vacancies within the Sales and Marketing area with Renewable Energy companies in the US:

1. Adhere to the service deliverables and KPI's identified in the contract, ensuring 100% recruitment fulfilment
2. Support the on-site agency workforce with any queries and issues
3. Proactively source and submit suitable candidates and market them to the hiring manager community
4. Maximise revenue opportunities by promoting the client as an employer of choice
5. Build and maintain a strong customer relationship with the client
6. Manage any queries from the client, candidates, and colleagues, taking appropriate action to ensure the query is dealt with efficiently and timely.

Even though this is a remote position, preference will be given to candidates currently based in Cape Town

You must be able to work according to the US hours
