Responsibilities: Driving turnover to ensure the achievement of targets Controlling expenses Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standardsEnsure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers Qualifications&Exprience: A Matric certificate. Minimum 3 years retail experience with a minimum of 1 year store leadership experience. Skills: Builds Customer Loyalty Customer Service Delivery Customer Value Management Customer-Focused Approach Effectively Presents Solutions Knows the Buying InfluencesLeverages Digital Communications with Customers Manages Resistance Managing the Sales Process Negotiation&Selling Policy&procedures Strategic Sales Planning Leadership Behaviors Action Oriented - readily takes on new challenges and opportunities with a sense of urgency and eagerness Builds Networks - establishes and nurtures internal and external relationships in order to create robust, and mutually beneficial, partnershipsCustomer Focus - understands, anticipates, and meets the needs and expectations of customers Directs work - effectively plans, organises and directs the activities of individuals or teams to achieve desired outcomes Drives Engagement - inspires, motivates and empowers individuals to go above and beyond for the benefit of the team and the organisationEnsures Accountability - takes accountability and ensures others are held to account on agreed upon performance targets Optimizes Work Processes - assesses and improves the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of various work processes Values differences - recognises, respects, and appreciates the diverse values, beliefs, and perspectives of othersPreference will be given, but not limited to candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act.
