Responsibilities

Provide strategic financial advice and guidance to the Group CEO, Executive Management Team, and Board of Directors to support long-term capital structuring and strategic objectives.

Act as a key advisor on all finance matters, facilitating the achievement of business goals across various operations.

Lead the establishment and management of financial planning, budgeting, KPI management, and commercial evaluation policies to optimize revenues and profitability.

Oversee the consolidation of financial plans and monitor performance against budget, identifying areas for improvement and capitalizing on opportunities.

Direct the accurate cash flow projections and efficient cash management for the Group to ensure optimal investment returns and execute dividend policies.

Manage financial risk through enterprise-wide risk management, including the development and monitoring of risks and the strategic placement of insurance and hedging instruments.

Lead and ensure optimal insurance protection for all company assets and employees.

Direct timely reconciliation of bank accounts in accordance with regulations (including OHADA and IFRS) and standards, and develop annual accounts in coordination with internal and external auditors.

Develop and oversee the execution of the Group's tax strategy.

Lead the Finance function, setting individual objectives, managing performance, recruiting qualified staff, and fostering development and motivation.

Direct and oversee the development and implementation of IT strategies and policies to ensure effective achievement of business objectives and the maintenance of state-of-the-art technology.

Requirements

CPA or CA qualification.

In-depth and expert knowledge of statutory and internal financial management standards.

In-depth knowledge of accounting theory, financial control theory, and philosophy.

Thorough understanding of cash management theory and techniques.

Sound understanding of IT systems opportunities and limitations.
