Key Responsibilities

Answer, screen, and direct high volumes of calls professionally

Manage large, fast-paced switchboards accurately and efficiently

Welcome and assist visitors with warmth and confidence

Handle and relay messages promptly and correctly

Coordinate appointments, meetings, and electronic diaries

Receive and sort mail and deliveries

Maintain an organised, tidy, and welcoming reception area

Assist with general client, customer, and staff queries
