We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join a dynamic, fast-paced UK-based retail e-commerce company. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in e-commerce, retail operations, and digital project management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various projects, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and successful execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.Benefits:

ASAP Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and oversee project plans from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Monitor project performance, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies. Liaise with internal teams, including sales, operations, merchandising, and IT, to streamline project execution. Maintain strong communication with external vendors, merchants, and third-party service providers. Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.Ensure all projects comply with internal policies, industry regulations, and ASA (Advertising Standards Authority) guidelines. Oversee quality control processes to maintain high standards in project deliverables. Track and analyze project performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement. Prepare detailed reports, summarizing project progress, risks, and opportunities.Utilize data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Conduct regular team meetings to provide direction, guidance, and feedback. Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Required Skills&Experience
5+ years of experience in project management within retail, e-commerce, or digital environments. Tertiary qualification in Business, Project Management, Commerce, or a related field. Strong e-commerce and digital operations experience, ideally from companies like Takealot or Amazon. Excellent Excel skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities. Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Ability to prioritize tasks and execute under tight deadlines. Strong leadership skills with experience managing at least 5 team members.
