About the role
This hybrid role blends Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant duties, providing day-to-day support to multiple executives. You will help manage schedules, communications, logistics, and take ownership of personal tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, tech-savvy, discreet and must love animals.Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and communications Provide scheduling and administrative support to other executives as needed Assist with travel bookings and logistics (business and personal) Coordinate personal tasks and errands Manage and track tasks using tools like Monday.com (experience advantageous)Assist with pet care and household-related coordination Maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism General admin support as required Requirements:
5+ years’ experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace; experience with Monday.com a plus)Own reliable transport and valid driver’s license Must reside in Cape Town Comfortable with animals (must love pets) Trustworthy, reliable, proactive, and flexible Why join us?
