The Business Exchange is seeking a highly organised, administration-focused and service-driven Reception&Office Administrator to manage daily operations for one of our premium business centres. This role ensures a world-class experience for tenants, visitors, and clients. The successful candidate will oversee front-of-house operations, client engagement, and administrative duties, as well as coordinating with cleaning staff to maintain high presentation standards.A minimum of 6–10 years’ experience in office administration or similar roles is required, along with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
