Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Maintenance Manager located in the City of Cape Town. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of the hotel facilities, ensuring all equipment is in excellent working condition. Daily tasks will include planning and executingpreventive maintenance schedules, supervising maintenance staff, and ensuring safety, quality, and compliance in all operations. Additionally, the Maintenance Manager will be responsible for managing resources efficiently to maintain smooth hotel operations.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge in Maintenance&Repair and Equipment Maintenance

Proficiency in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance Management techniques

Exceptional Supervisory Skills to effectively lead maintenance staff

Experience in resolving maintenance issues promptly and effectively

Excellent organisational, problem‑solving, and communication skills

Ability to work on‑site in Cape Town and manage physical maintenance tasks

A background in the hospitality sector or similar environments is advantageous

Relevant technical certification or qualification in maintenance or engineering is preferred
