Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end UX for platform capabilities and cross-product features. Partner with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to define strategy. Conduct user research to uncover needs and pain points. Advocate for accessibility, usability, and thoughtful design. Develop scalable design systems and interaction models. Present design concepts and insights to leaders.Requirements
7+ years of experience in UX, product, or interaction design. Proven experience leading complex, ambiguous projects end-to-end. Proficiency in Figma; AI-assisted workflows and agentic design tools. Deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability best practices. Experience conducting and synthesizing user research to inform strategy.Strong systems thinking and designing for platform ecosystems and scalable services. Benefits
