Overview

Collaborate with executive leadership to prioritize discussions and ensure clear, timely communication. Manage the Managing Director’s diary, scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating attendees. Prepare and submit expenditure reconciliations. Serve as the primary point of contact for executive inquiries, maintaining confidentiality and operational integrity.Coordinate travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodation, and itinerary management. Schedule and prepare executive meetings, agenda items, reports, presentations, minutes, and follow‑up action items. Maintain an organized electronic filing system for all MD‑related documents and correspondence.Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills, conveying complex ideas clearly and effectively. Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams with a shared focus on goals. Expertise managing multiple projects simultaneously, consistently delivering on time and within scope.Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high quality output. Business Administration degree/diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high‑level executive support role. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Capability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in sensitive matters. Background checks, including credit and criminal record verification, will be conducted due to the role’s financial responsibilities. Desirable Skills
Proactive problem‑solving approach. Strong interpersonal skills with senior leadership and staff. Familiarity with corporate governance and board meeting preparation. Benefits
