Sales Representative & Business consultant, Durban

We are currently recruiting a Sales Representative to join a well-established skincare distribution company based in Durban. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, results-driven, and passionate about promoting premium skincare products to businesses in the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Client Acquisition: Identify and target new business opportunities in the skincare market, including salons, spas, and retail outlets.
• Brand Promotion: Actively promote and sell the brand to both new and existing clients, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Customer Communication: Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing updates on product offerings, promotions, and new developments.
• Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's skincare products and services, advising clients on the best solutions for their needs.
• Negotiation & Closing Sales: Utilize excellent negotiation skills to close sales and secure long-term business relationships.
• Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed set sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
• Report Generation: Track sales progress and report performance metrics to management regularly.

Requirements:

• Beauty Certificate or Diploma (required).
• Proven track record in Sales or Retail (minimum 3 years).
• Own transport is essential.
• Previous Sales Representative experience within the skincare or beauty industry is advantageous.
• Senior Therapists with a strong retail background and transport are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients at all levels.
• Well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Strong negotiation skills and a passion for meeting sales goals.
• Target-driven and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
