Position: Room Leader for the Baby Room to Diploma Location: Elwood, 3184 Type: Full-Time (5 days per week)  Offering: Based on experience and qualification 35 to 38 + sign on bonus Responsibilities: Work alongside a team of dedicated and passionate early childhood educators who are committed to providing the best care and education to our children. Plan, implement, and evaluate developmentally appropriate activities and programs for children in the nursery room. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and communicate effectively with parents about their child's development. Requirements: A Completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA recognized). At least 1 to 2 years’ experience in a Room Leader position. A passion for providing high-quality childcare and education. Current Working with Children Check. First Aid and CPR certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
