Crane Operator Region: Riyadh Urgent Requirement for a Reputed Pipe Manufacturing Industryin KSA As Local Iqama Transfer Location: Eastern Provience Note:- Candidates should have experience in Pipe Manufacturing Industry,Steel industry and Heavy Engineering. Also, should have experience in LSAW Pipe and DI Pipes companies. Crane Operator (Outside) for Pipes Loading Crimping Press to Operator E.O.T to 2 Nos. to Crane Opertor (Outside for Plate) E.O.T to 3 Nos. to Crane Opertor (Inside Plant) E.O.T to Crane Operator • Heavy Lift Management: Operate cabin-controlled or pendant/remote-controlled EOT cranes to move heavy steel plates and pipes through various production stages. • Precision Positioning: Precisely load plates onto the Plate conveyor, edge milling and JCO forming press conveyors; position finished pipes into narrow storage racks or onto transport trailers. • Tandem Lifting: Coordinate with other crane operators for tandem lifts of exceptionally long or heavy boom/other structure, requiring synchronized movement and communication. • Rigging and Slinging: Inspect and select appropriate lifting tackles (magnets, vacuum lifters, C-hooks, or nylon slings) to ensure the load is balanced and the pipe surface is not damaged. • Safety Zone Enforcement: Ensure no personnel are under a "suspended load." Maintain strict adherence to shift in-charge signals and siren protocols. • Pre-Shift Inspection: Conduct daily checks of wire ropes, limit switches, brakes, and hooks to prevent catastrophic mechanical failure. Technical Skill Set • Crane Controls: Proficiency in multi-speed joystick controls for Cabin cranes and VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) based smooth-start/stop systems. • Specialized Attachments: Expert operation of Magnet Lifters (for plates) and Pipe Hooks/Spreader Beams (for finished pipes). • Signal Literacy: Expert knowledge of standard hand signals • Load Calculation: Ability to read "Safe Working Load" (SWL) charts and estimate load weights to prevent crane overloading. Key Qualifications • Education: High School or ITI (Fitter/Mechanical). • Experience: 5–10 years of experience in heavy industrial environments (Steel Mills, Pipe Mills, or Shipyards).
