You will be in operational environments where failures have real consequences
You will be expected to learn quickly and take ownership early
You will be working under a high‑accountability engineer — standards are not negotiable
If you prefer structured, slow‑paced development, this role will frustrate you.
Why This Role is Valuable
Accelerated exposure to
real‑world electrical operations
Direct mentorship under a GCC / GMR 2.1 responsible engineer
