Key Responsibilities (Role Dependent):

Financial reporting, management accounts, and month-end close

Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning support

Financial analysis and business performance reporting

Stakeholder engagement and commercial decision support

Audit support, compliance, and process improvements

Education:

CA(SA) (Non-negotiable)

Experience:

Approximately 2 years post-qualification experience

Industry experience (commercial/financial services/manufacturing/FMCG) advantageous

Strong exposure to reporting, analysis, or finance operations

Skills:

Strong IFRS and financial reporting fundamentals

Advanced Excel skills (Non-negotiable)

ERP exposure advantageous (SAP / Oracle / Sage / Dynamics)

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Other Non-Negotiables:

Must be based in Durban or willing to relocate

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
