Luxury Lodge– Skukuza – Mpumalanga

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced HR Payroll Administration Officer to join a dynamic hospitality environment based in Skukuza. This permanent role is ideal for a driven HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys managing the full HR function, including payroll, recruitment, and employee relations.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering on-site HR support across departments, ensuring efficient payroll processes, maintaining compliance with HR policies, and supporting staff throughout the employee lifecycle. You will work closely with management, providing guidance on HR best practices while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.

This role requires a proactive individual with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities under pressure. If you are passionate about HR operations and enjoy working in a structured yet dynamic environment, this position offers excellent exposure to a broad spectrum of HR functions.

Job Requirements&Description

Manage full-cycle recruitment including advertising, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of employees Process payroll inputs, validate data, and ensure accurate monthly payroll execution Maintain employee records, prepare HR documentation, and support HR reporting Assist with employment equity, policy compliance, and HR auditsHandle industrial relations processes including disciplinary hearings and advisory support Provide leave reconciliation, exit interview processing, and general HR administration Minimum qualification: Degree/Diploma in HR or Industrial Psychology 3–5 years’ HR generalist experience including payroll and labour relationsStrong MS Excel skills and excellent communication abilities

Package

Salary: R30 000 per month, depending on experience Live-in Other company benefits
