A well established commercial real estate business in East London is looking to appoint a Credit Controller to join their team.

Key responsibilities:

Managing a portfolio of tenant accounts and ensuring timely collection of rent and service charges

Chasing arrears via phone and email

Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and internal stakeholders

Allocating cash and reconciling accounts

Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies

Producing aged debt reports and supporting month end processes

Working closely with property managers to resolve queries

Supporting legal processes where required

Experience required:

Previous credit control experience within real estate or property

Experience using a property management system such as Qube, Propman, Yardi is desirable

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts

Adaptable and able to work in a fast paced environment
