SHERQ Manager

who can take ownership of the site’s legal compliance, risk assessments, incident investigations, and internal/external audit readiness. What You’ll Do:

Ensure full compliance with SHERQ legislation and standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, FSSC 22000) Manage legal appointees (e.g., 16.2s, SHE Reps, First Aiders) Lead investigations on incidents and ensure effective close-outs Own the full IOD (Injury on Duty) process and drive reduction in LTIFR/TRIRConduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments Develop and execute training, toolbox talks, and safety campaigns Compile and present monthly SHERQ statistics and reports to management Oversee contractor HSE compliance and certification readiness What You’ll Need:

A Degree in Occupational Health&Safety, Environmental Science, or similar Minimum 5 years’ SHERQ management experience in the food manufacturing sector Knowledge of FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 Strong incident investigation, auditing, and safety training capabilities Familiarity with NEMA; certifications like NEBOSH or IOSH preferredSalary:
