LetsLink (Pty) Ltd requires the services of a Freelance Recruitment Resource/ Talent Acquisition Specialist to assist with various recruitment projects in the healthcare sector. If you are passionate about recruitment, then this opportunity is for you. 

We are looking for a Freelance Recruitment Resource, that can support our Recruitment team in all aspects of the sourcing & administration process.

The successful candidate must have their own fully equipped home office, they will be required to work remotely.

LetsLink is offering an excellent Commission structure

• The successful candidate will need to have exceptional administration skills, coupled with excellent communication skills; as well as thrive in a fast paced, sales environment and be able to work on a high volume of Job specifications, with a quick turnaround time.
• Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years EXP in a Recruitment Agency (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
• Must have working experience on the Applicant Tracking Systems Dittohire
• Must be able to source own candidates on current Client Job Specifications, be able to screen and interviewing Candidates for specific roles
• Must have excellent typing skills and good knowledge on MS Word and Excel.
• Must have the ability to listen, understand and action tasks under their own work pace
• Build and maintain good relationships with LetsLink Business Development Consultants
• Must have exceptional grammar usage and spelling and good attention to detail.
