• Answer chats, calls and respond to social media queries & emails
• Research required information using available resources
• Manage and resolve customer complaints
• Provide customers with product and service information
• Enter and update customer information into system
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Follow up customer calls where necessary

Requirements

Requirements for this Swedish speaking Customer Service Agent job in Johannesburg, South Africa:

• Grade 12
• Must be fluent in Swedish and able to communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Strong PC literacy
• Strong customer orientation
• Availability to work shifts (International Call Centre)
• Exceptional business and people skills
• Fully computer literate in all Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook and internet)
• Strong administrative, organisation and planning skills
