- Facilitate the set-up of the relevant social media pages, as per the structure provided
- Compile social media cross-channel content calendar:
- Formulate the editorial calendar per customer per month, collaborate with the creative & design department and understand the client's KPI's, content pillars, messaging & objectives
- Provide the post structure, per channel, for approval before the first Tuesday of every month
- Schedule the approved posts, per social media channel, as per the structure approved
- Boost the applicable posts as per the company social media spend structure
- Facilitate campaigns, in collaboration with the creative & design department, to achieve the client's objectives
- Provide future strategic ideas based on the data received per client, per post, per campaign
- Facilitate month-end reports per customer, per social media channel, as per the structure provided (Owned, earned & paid media)
- Keep abreast of all social media trends and research and communicate them to the business
- Continue to define & refine the company's social media marketing process and reporting
- Facebook reconciliations, as per the structure provided
- Weekly
- Monitor & Report on any budget issues or requirements
- Check performance of previous posts/campaigns and ensure the following week's posts are facilitated and organised
- Daily
- Keep abreast of all customer notifications on all social media channels
- Keep abreast of each customer & their social media reach and engagement, follower growth and spend, notifying Management immediately of any issues or negative comments
- For ad campaigns, check lead volumes per campaign
- If Lead volumes have increased, publish the leads and send an excel pasted format to the applicable customer, via email
- Design, formulate and execute a social media strategy & action plan to increase the companies customer numbers
- Provide monthly reporting on key metrics, growth and ROI for the strategy & action plan you have derived
- Communicate strategic suggestions on improvement, monthly
Duties & Responsibilities to be reviewed every quarter for suggestions and amendments to improve the day-to-day working responsibilities and requirements from the organisation
Experience
- At least 3 years industry and job-related experience
- Must have at least 2 years' experience with Facebook business manager
- Attention to detail
- Great communicator
- Knowledge of online community management
- Team player
