Job Functions/Responsibilities:

Call Monitoring Extraordinaire:

• Perform call monitoring for quality control on data processing, ensuring every conversation hits the right notes.
• Provide monthly result harmonies to our management team.

Precision Transaction Review:

• Conduct transaction reviews for quality control on data processing, ensuring every detail is in tune.
• Join the chorus in designing and reviewing quality control processes, identifying efficiencies and improvements for insurance processes.

Special Project Virtuoso:

• Participate in special projects, unleashing your creative flair for enhancing our quality control repertoire.
• Take the stage and perform any other duties assigned by our management, showcasing your versatile skills.

Clearances:

• Clean ITC/Criminal Check

Experience:

• 5 years of call centre experience, where you've honed your listening skills.
• 2-3 years of Short-Term Insurance Quality Assurance experience, making you the maestro of our insurance melodies.
