The Role And Responsibilities Experienced professionals bring Oliver Wyman the know‑how to create lasting change for our clients and the firm. An Associate breaks down complex problems into discrete tasks, identifieskey aspects, and directs junior consultants. You plan and execute analysis, identify core issues, craft recommendations, work side by side with clients and team members, and manage small teams to move projects forward. Associates provide unique insight into their chosen subject area.

Qualifications

At least 4‑6 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top‑tier strategy consulting firm (or similar organization).

Knowledge within Financial Services.

A strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings.

Fluent in English.

An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.

Proactive initiative, creativity, and the ability to develop novel ideas to solve complex challenges.

A strong aptitude for analytical work, such as extracting insights from large data sets or pinpointing key issues in complex problems.

A willingness to work fluidly and respectfully with a talented team.
