You operate with 80-90% independence. You dont need to be told exactly what to say; you understand the "why" behind the sales process. C-Suite mastery:
You are comfortable and confident speaking to CEOs, Founders, and C-Suite prospects. Pipeline growth:
You consistently book and confirm qualified meetings through LinkedIn, Instagram, email, and (potentially) cold calling or Loom videos. Accuracy:
Your CRM (data, activity, and follow-ups) is always precise and up to date. Core responsibilities
End-to-end prospecting:
Identify, track, and engage high-value leads across multiple digital platforms. Multi-channel outreach:
Execute campaigns via Email, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Be ready to pivot to cold calling or personalized Loom videos if the data supports it. Meeting management:
Not just booking meetings, but ensuring they are qualified and confirmed so the closers time is never wasted. Strategic collaboration:
Partner daily (initially) with leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and brand positioning. Process building:
Help us define "what works" so we can eventually scale the sales team around your success. What you bring to the table
Experience:
You have a proven track record as an SDR or in a high-volume sales role. Youve been a "top performer" in previous positions. English proficiency:
mandatory.
You must have near-native or top-tier English fluency (verbal and written) to communicate effectively with high-level U.S. and global founders. Self-sufficiency:
You require zero micromanagement. We provide the industry training; you provide the sales engine. Tech-savvy:
Proficient with CRMs, Slack, and outreach tools. Experience with Shopify or the fashion industry is a major plus but not required. Availability:
Ability to work
9 AM– 5 PM EST
