secure, scalable, and customer‑centric solutions .

Key Responsibilities Delivery Leadership Deliver programs

on time, within budget, and with high quality

Stakeholder&Governance Engage CXOs, business, and IT leadership Run

steering committees, governance forums, and escalations

Agile / Hybrid Execution Manage

backlog, sprint delivery, and releases Ensure

DoD adherence and MVP-based delivery Guide architecture across

web, mobile, APIs, integrations Ensure

scalable, secure, and resilient solutions

Risk, Compliance&Security Ensure compliance with

SARB, POPIA, and InfoSec standards Manage

RAID logs, audit readiness, and risk mitigation

Data, Integration&Testing Oversee

data migration, integrations, and quality assurance Ensure

end‑to‑end testing (functional, UAT, performance, security)

Release&Go‑Live Lead

cutover, deployment, and hypercare Ensure
