Recruitment Consultant (180 / Delivery) Data Centre&Critical Infrastructure Johannesburg | International Markets First Point Group is a global specialist in tech recruitment, with 20+ years partnering with leading clients across 6 continents. I'm growing my Data Centre&Critical Infrastructure practice and looking for a delivery-focused recruiter to join the team.
What you'll do
Source and headhunt candidates for international roles with hyperscalers, colocation providers, and OEMs
Work LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals, and market mapping
Screen candidates for technical fit, motivations, and commercial alignment
Manage candidates end-to-end from approach to offer acceptance
Build pipelines across live and future roles
What you'll bring
Proven agency experience in candidate sourcing
Background in a technical or specialist market (telecoms, engineering, construction, energy, M&E, semiconductors, industrial tech all translate well)
No data centre experience required, we'll train you on the market
