Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Johannesburg, South Africa (Remote)

Worl Kinect is looking for a highly detail-oriented, execution-focused Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing operations team. If you love rolling up your sleeves to build, test, and deliver polished digital assets—and you want to do this as part of a global team from the comfort of your home in Johannesburg, this role is for you.

You’ll support our Senior Digital Marketing Specialist and collaborate with marketers across regions to bring campaigns to life in HubSpot and Drupal, ensuring everything runs smoothly, accurately, and on time.

This is the perfect opportunity for a hands-on digital marketer who thrives in production work, enjoys organized processes, and wants to deepen their skills in marketing automation and digital operations while working fully remote.

What You’ll Do

HubSpot Production & Marketing Automation

You’ll own day‑to‑day execution in HubSpot, including:

Building emails, templates, workflows, nurture streams, and formsCreating and maintaining landing pages and thank‑you pagesScheduling, testing, QA'ing, and deploying email campaignsEnsuring naming conventions, tagging, and folder structures are clean and consistentSupporting list segmentation and light performance monitoringFollowing structured production processes with precision

Website Content Production (Drupal)

Update and publish website content using established templatesEnsure formatting, structure, metadata, and UX guidelines are followedPerform QA before publishing to maintain consistency and brand standardsSupport recurring content updates and campaign landing page refreshes

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support

Partner with marketers to gather requirements and deliver digital production tasksWork closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to optimize workflowsSupport team requests across HubSpot and DrupalCommunicate timelines, risks, and project status proactivelyAssist with light copy editing and formatting where needed

What We’re Looking For

Experience

1–3 years in digital marketing production (HubSpot, marketing automation, or website execution)Hands-on HubSpot or Drupal experience strongly preferredExperience in a structured production environment or agency setting is a plusHubSpot or Drupal certification a bonus

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or similar (preferred)

Skills That Will Make You Successful

Proficiency in HubSpot, Drupal, and MS OfficeFamiliarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (a plus)Strong organizational abilities and comfort with multiple simultaneous requestsExcellent attention to detail—pixel-perfect execution matters hereClear written and verbal communicationAbility to follow established workflows while identifying areas for improvementComfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentCuriosity and the desire to grow deeper expertise in digital systems and automation
