Hire Resolve’s client, a reputable accounting firm based in Johannesburg, is seeking a Semi Senior Articled Clerk to join their team. As a Semi Senior Articled Clerk, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and expand your knowledge in accounting and auditing.
Responsibilities
Assisting with the preparation and review of financial statements Performing various auditing procedures Contributing to the overall success of the team Assist in the planning and execution of audit engagements. Perform substantive and controls testing. Analyze financial statements and audit findings. Prepare audit documentation in accordance with professional standards. Communicate audit findings to supervisors and clients. Participate in client meetings and presentations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of auditing standards and regulations.
Requirements
Completed degree with enrollment in CTA’s or Boards. Minimum of 1 year of dedicated audit work experience. Strong academic background. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and accuracy
