Remote Recruitment Consultant: Talent Sourcing&Screening, Johannesburg

Great opportunity for a Candidate Recruitment consultant to join a team within a recruitment agency.

The position will be remote / home office based

Duties : Sourcing of candidates, Screening of candidates and interviewing, Reference checks, Follow ups on CV's submitted, Doing relevant checks, Updating database of clients, scheduling interviews with companies, relationship building with companies

Requirements :

Minimum of 1 year experience as Recruitment consultant

Self-driven and self-motivated

Knowledge of recruitment platforms and systems

Social media skills and advertising skills

Relationship building and excellent communication skills

Target driven

Home based office and able to work remotely
