A leading technology and financial services consultancy are looking for a seasoned Programme Manager to take ownership of high-impact software delivery programmes. This is a senior leadership role where you’ll operate across multiple workstreams, influence executive stakeholders, and drive meaningful outcomes for major clients.

Skills required:

6-8 years of experience in project/programme management within software development

Proven success managing large-scale, multi-stream delivery programmes

Strong background in financial services (highly advantageous)

Exceptional stakeholder management and executive engagement skills

Experience translating strategy into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans

Solid understanding of governance, risk, and change management frameworks

A leadership mindset with the ability to mentor and uplift delivery teams

Strong analytical thinking with proactive risk and dependency management

Ability to bring clarity and direction in high-pressure, ambiguous environments
