Essential Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management in trade finance with a focus on SME lending.

Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong understanding of commercial lending products and the SME funding landscape (advantageous).

Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Business, or related field (preferred).

Role Overview The successful candidate will be

Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition and revenue targets.

Provide market feedback to influence product development and marketing strategies.
