Corporate Architect

An international company based in Johannesburg in the FMCG arena requires a Corporate Architect who is responsible for ensuring that all documentation associated with projects, reinvestment works, and decor designs within the country is compliant with current policies/procedures and regulatory standards.A MINIMUM OF 10 YEARS EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED Duties&Responsibilities

Management and training of Corporate design consultants and design and technical support for Development managers. Management of documentation process for new site and existing built site designs. Overall review of corporate documentation to confirm compliance with policies and regulatory standards.General issues and enquiries. Management of documentation process for designs. Ensure all designs are NBR, SANS and DDA compliant. Development and management of national design standards documentation and post-opening reviews to evaluate level of compliance. Desired Experience&Qualification

MINIMUM - Bachelors in Architecture - B.Arch or Bachelors in Architectural technology, B.Tech or similar. Minimum of 10 years experience in retail architecture. High level of communication skills. Manage multiple projects at any one time. Ability to work as a team member and identify trends and keep in touch with industry directions.High AutoCAD competency. Skilled in Microsoft applications including MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
