Must reside in Johannesburg

Core Responsibilities

Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.

Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.

Establish, develop and maintain positive long-term relationships with businesses and customers.

Proactively reach out to customer leads.

Expedite the resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximise satisfaction and retention.

Meet and exceed agreed sales targets and outcomes within agreed timelines and schedules.

Reporting on consumer needs, issues, interests, competitor activity, and opportunities for new products.

Stay current on industry best practices and promotional trends to inform selling strategies.

Actively seek and apply feedback for continuous sales performance improvement.

Qualifications And Skills Required

Matric with excellent knowledge of MS Office

Experience working with large retail chains (advantageous)

Ability to build productive professional relationships

Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales

Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills

Prioritising, time management, and organisational skills

Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Driver’s license and reliable own transport essential
