Responsibilities include:
Schedule meetings, compile and distribute agenda
Take minutes of meetings and distribute
Coordinating and collating relevant information for the project team
Attend to all incoming and outgoing PMO general correspondence
Support project planning activities
Prepare and distribute project materials
Alert the project manager to issues as they arise
Act as point of contact for the project team and facilitate communications
Foster positive relationships with stakeholders
Assist with project administration within the designated project management system being adopted by the PMO
Minimum Requirements
Matric qualification (Grade 12)
Project Management Certificate or any relevant qualification would be advantageous
1-3 years of relevant experience in a project environment
3-5 years of administrative experience in a corporate environment
Proficient in MS Office and general computer literacy
