Culinary diploma or equivalent professional certification 5-7+ years in fine‑dining or premium casual kitchens Proven track record in menu development, cost control, and consistent execution 2-3+ years in a leadership role, managing brigades of 10–15 team members Strong supplier coordination and procurement skillsAbility to balance creative flair with operational discipline Key Responsibilities

Lead kitchen operations across Greek, steakhouse, and Italian concepts Spearhead menu development and seasonal innovation Oversee food costing, procurement, and supplier relationships with a focus on sustainability and profitability Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standardsMentor and train chefs and kitchen staff, fostering a culture of discipline and creativity Collaborate with management to align culinary operations with overall business goals Salary Package
