Key Responsibilities
Accurately prepare, process, and issue invoices for clients and finance houses. Input invoicing data into accounting system Evolve or automate with precision, ensuring error‑free entries.
Qualifications&Requirements
Experience in and knowledge of the Motor Industry.
Proven experience as an Invoicing Clerk or in a similar role.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Ability to work well in a team.
Organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing a variety of invoicing responsibilities in a fast‑paced dealership.
Salary&Benefits Basic salary on offer from R 15 000.00 to R 22 000.00 depending on experience with Motor Industry benefits.
