B2B SALES EXECUTIVES – New Business Development (Uncapped Commission)
Location: Pomona, Kempton Park (East Rand, Johannesburg)
Working Hours: 07:30 – 17:00
Package: Competitive Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission + Company Vehicle for client visits

If you enjoy face-to-face selling, generating your own leads, setting appointments, and turning prospects into long-term clients — this could be your next big move.
What you’ll do:
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities independently
- Source and contact potential clients (cold calling + networking)
- Arrange meetings, present tailored solutions, and close deals
- Build strong, long-term relationships with business clients
- Hit and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Spend most of your time out in the field
Who we’re looking for:
- Proven external/B2B sales or business development experience (this is non-negotiable)
- A track record of generating your own leads and appointments
- Confident communicator who enjoys influencing and building trust
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently
- Valid driver’s license + professional appearance
- Based in or willing to travel to the Kempton Park / Pomona area
